If you're having trouble making a payment with Amazon Pay, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Payment was declined by Amazon – The transaction couldn't not be processed because it was declined by Amazon. Contact Amazon’s support team for assistance.

• Amazon gift cards aren't supported – The transaction couldn’t be processed because it was made with an Amazon gift card, which can’t be used for payments outside of Amazon. Update your Amazon account with a different card.
