HOW CAN I GET A PAST RECEIPT?

Need a receipt for a past payment? We got you covered!
Just share the name of the game and the email linked to your account, and we’ll help track it down.

For security reasons, we can only issue receipts to the account owner. To verify ownership, we may ask for a screenshot of the payment from your payment provider.
If sufficient proof of ownership is not provided, we reserve the right to decline the request.

You may need a past receipt if:
