Unauthorized or unknown charges

I SEE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT

Noticed a charge on your payment account that you don’t recognize? 
Do the following before reaching out to our support team:

• Check with family or friends
  If others have access to your payment account, they may have made a purchase.
  
  
• Pending transactions
  Some charges may appear as pending but will be automatically refunded if the payment system cancels the transaction.
  
  
• Authorization holds
  When adding a new payment method to your game account, a small temporary charge may appear on your statement. This is a standard authorization and will not result in an actual charge.
  
  
• Review your purchase history
  Double-check your in-game purchase history to ensure the charge isn’t for a purchase you may have forgotten.
  

On your statement, Appcharge transactions may appear under descriptions like Appcharge*GameName, Appcharge Ltd, Appcharge Inc., and others.

If you still don’t recognize the charge, contact us with the payment details such as the date, amount, and payment method so we can assist you further.
