I'M HAVING ISSUES RECEIVING A RECEIPT OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE
If you haven’t received a receipt for your purchase, it may be due to one the following reasons:

Payment declined, funds pending
It is possible that your payment has been declined by your bank or your payment method, but the funds are still pending.
The pending charge will not be processed, and no receipt will be issued. The funds will be returned to your account within 1–10 days, depending on the payment method.

Payment declined by our security system
Your transaction was unsuccessful due to security restrictions, and an error message was displayed at checkout. Since the charge wasn't processed, no receipt was issued.
